These are some of the best recipes we’ve found over the last couple of years for making the most of our garden produce. We are certainly not vegetarians and we also have many favourite “meat-centric” dishes, but you won’t find them here… What you will find are recipes that we think make the most of the vegetables we grow, in many cases where basically all the ingredients can come direct from the garden, and most importantly that taste good (in our humble opinions!)
For now, to save time all I’ve done is to list the recipe titles and where they come from. If you want the full recipe for anything, please just ask (or go out and buy the relevant book
