At last, the wind has died down. We got out for a bike ride today and saw our first snowdrops of the year. Admittedly, they were next to a warming little river but nevertheless a sign that things are on the move.

Freddie, our pigeon scaring falcon, is back up on his new bendy pole after an enforced rest due to high winds:

We didn’t notice any pigeon damage in his absence but then it was too windy for them to do much flying about.
