Hi, looks like ‘superboy’ is posting fashion again http://vegblogs.co.uk/superboy1314520/
Had just spotted the same thing (superboy’s post)and was rather perturbed by it
Thanks, Living of the land, it makes sense if it has happened before !
Tks , all sorted – Ben
I find it a lot better myself to us a rotovator rarher than digging,do get me wrong I’m not lazy but it’s finding the easy way of doing things. I normally weed with trowel on my hands and knees, then dig over with a spade or fork. Once most of its dug over I cover with some sheeting to stop the weeds, once it’s all covered I know it’s weeded and ready to be rotovated. In feb / march time we borrow a rotovator and we do the full plot and dig down with it as far as we can, then I’m ready for the new season of planting. Only this year we rotovated the plot but it’s stayed quite lumpy, so someone has offered me the chance to use rhey tiller which I’ve never used before. A few other people have used them and liked them so I think I will give it a go, so back to the question I would use a rotovator and tiller if it’s going to make life a lot easier. Some people will agree and some disagree. It’s your choice.
Thanks, Plot18, that’s useful.
